Training

The Information Literacy Program (ILP) provides training and support so that you can get the most from ANU information and computing services.

The ILP provides a flexible set of training sessions and online courses. Whatever level of skills you bring to the University, the ILP offers you opportunities to develop these skills to support your teaching, learning and research activities. These opportunities include training sessions, activities integrated into your courses, online resources, and one-to-one assistance.

 For more information see http://ilp.anu.edu.au

One-to-one help services are provided at several locations in the Information Commons. IT support is provided by AskANU IT Consultants in the JB Chifley Building and the WK Hancock Building. You can also telephone AskANU on 612 54428, or email your query to ask@anu.edu.au

Professional librarians in every Library location can also provide personal research assistance and guidance in using the extensive information resources available at ANU.
